The so called corporate equity-holding report (or list of shares) enables to verify if a person is owning or owned shares in any Italian company regularly registered at the Chamber of Commerce/Company House.
It is not possible to verify the ownership of shares in those companies quoted on the stock exchange market.
We can verify the list of shares for any Italian or Non-Italian citizen owning an Italian identification code “codice fiscale”.
The corporate equity-holding report has no legal value and therefore cannot be legalized or apostilled,however we can deal with sworn or certified translation of any official document you need.
