The President of the Court of Milan has decreed that as of 10/07/2015, translations can be sworn exclusively by professionals registered in the ROLL OF COURT-APPOINTED TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS OF THE COURT “Consulenti Tecnici del Tribunale” or in the TRANSLATORS/INTERPRETERS category of the roll of CONSULTANTS AND EXPERTS OF THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, or by those registered with the professional associations of interpreters and translators recognised by Law no. 4/2013, or those registered in the official lists of translators and interpreters of bodies operating in the public sector.
This means that now more than ever it is vital to appoint professional and certified translators to get sworn and legalised translations of your documents.
