Company changes

Since 1st of April 2010, it is mandatory for the Italian companies to electronically file a single notice (Comunicazione Unica) to register any business start- up and any occuring corporate changes with the Company House, the Social Security Administration (INPS) and the Accident Insurance Office (INAIL).

According to the type of change or variation, this kind of notice should be submitted by the company administrator or a notary. In both cases, we can act on your behalf through a power of attorney and deal for you with all the required issues and paperwork at the various Italian public offices and agencies.
