Thanks to the legalization process, documents will be accepted by a foreign country different from the one where documents were released.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"Apostille-news-2014\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hcch.net\/upload\/images\/apostille_pub_e.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"312\">APOSTILLE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The\u00a0<strong>Apostille<\/strong>\u00a0was established by the\u00a0<em>Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement for Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents<\/em>, or\u00a0<a title=\"Apostille Serction of the Hague Convention\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hcch.net\/index_en.php?act=text.display&amp;tid=37\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Apostille Convention<\/strong><\/a>, drafted by the\u00a0<strong>Hague Conference on Private International Law on October 5, 1961<\/strong>. The treaty outlines the modalities through which a document issued in one of the signatory countries can be certified for legal purposes reducing the authentication process to a single formality: the issuance of the\u00a0<strong>Apostille<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>LEGALIZATION<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">If the country where you need to use your documents is not a member of the Apostille Treaty of the Hague Convention, you will need a\u00a0<strong>consular legalization<\/strong>.
