        The only effect of an Apostille is to\u00a0certify the authenticity of the signature<\/strong>, the capacity in which the person signing the document has acted, and where appropriate, the identity of the seal or stamp which the document bears. The Apostille\u00a0does not certify the content<\/strong>\u00a0of the document itself.<\/p>\n
