{"id":7695,"date":"2021-06-15T19:30:15","date_gmt":"2021-06-15T17:30:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.italiancertificates.com\/v2\/uncategorized\/certificate-from-the-judicial-records-and-criminal-records-in-italy\/"},"modified":"2021-07-06T20:10:42","modified_gmt":"2021-07-06T18:10:42","slug":"certificate-from-the-judicial-records-and-criminal-records-in-italy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.italiancertificates.com\/en\/private-clients\/certificate-from-the-judicial-records-and-criminal-records-in-italy\/","title":{"rendered":"Certificate from the Judicial Records and Criminal Records in Italy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\">The<strong>\u00a0National Judicial Records System<\/strong>\u00a0\u201c<em><a title=\"Casellario Giudiziale\" href=\"https:\/\/www.giustizia.it\/giustizia\/it\/mg_3_3_2.wp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Casellario Giudiziale<\/a><\/em>\u201d is the register established in the<strong>\u00a0Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office of each Court<\/strong>\u00a0that\u00a0<strong>lists and preserves the extracts of the proceedings of the judicial or administrative authority<\/strong>\u00a0and provides information on the<strong>\u00a0previous cases of each individual<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The\u00a0<strong>General Certificate of Judicial Records<\/strong>\u00a0contains any\u00a0<strong>civil or criminal judgments<\/strong>\u00a0with legal force.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong>\u00a0Certifcate\u00a0of Criminal Records<\/strong>\u00a0specifically contains\u00a0<strong>only<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>the<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>criminal judgments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1554 alignright\" title=\"Certificato casellario giudiziale\" src=\"http:\/\/italiancertificates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Certificato-casellario-giudiziale-211x300.jpg\" alt=\"immagine del certificato del casellario giudiziale\" width=\"211\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><em>he following are the requirements to obtain it<\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><em>an application letter accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><em>One \u20ac 16.00 revenue stamp (Law 71\/2013 \u2013 OJ No. 147 of 25\/06\/2013)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><em>One \u20ac 3,68 \u00a0certificate charge stamp<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><em>One additional \u20ac 3,68 \u00a0priority fee stamp (priority release is not possible in cases in which the certificate is positive, i.e. those involving pending proceedings)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The certificate can be retrieved by another person empowered by the applicant through a\u00a0<strong><a title=\"Proxy to ask for retrieval of the certificate\" href=\"https:\/\/www.giustizia.it\/resources\/cms\/documents\/modello5.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">proxy<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Where needed, this \u00a0certificate can be\u00a0<strong><a title=\"The legalization process\" href=\"https:\/\/www.italiancertificates.com\/en\/blog-en\/the-legalization-process\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">legalized or apostilled<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong><a title=\"Certified translations and legalization\" href=\"https:\/\/www.italiancertificates.com\/en\/blog-en\/certified-translations-and-legalization\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">officially translated<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0to enable its international use.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0National Judicial Records System\u00a0\u201cCasellario Giudiziale\u201d is the register established in the\u00a0Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office of each Court\u00a0that\u00a0lists and preserves the extracts of the proceedings of the judicial or administrative authority\u00a0and provides information on the\u00a0previous cases of each individual.
