TUNISIA and BOLIVIA have joint the Hague Convention for Apostille legalisation

Tunisia and Bolivia  have become contracting parties to the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents, the so called Apostille Convention:

 As the Apostille Convention has entered into force, the Italian documents to be used in Tunisia and in Bolivia shall be now legalised by means of Apostille by the competent Italian authorities:
  • ➢  notarial, judicial and court documents shall get the Apostille by the competente: the Public Prosecutor at the courts in the jurisdiction in which the documents were issued;
  • ➢  in the case of all other administrative documents provided for in the Convention: the Prefecture Office with provincial competence upon the place of issuing.
