The certificate of incorporation reporting anti-mafia authorization “certificato camerale con dicitura antimafia” is a certificate of incorporation which reports all the company details and certifies that the company shareholders and directors have no restrictions, limitations and bans according to anti-mafia regulations.
Following the entry into force of Legislative Decree 218/2012 concerning mafia certifications, from the 14th February 2013 the Chambers of Commerce are no longer authorized to issue certificates of incorporation reporting anti-mafia authorization.
